Windsmoke; ozemite is better, it's exactly like vegemite used to be when we were kids. Soft, black, greasy looking. Not at all like the brown sludge that passes for vegemite now.
(clears throat) I don't think this old broad is gonna admit I didn't get it at first, either...

Ha! Now how did you do that? I'm thinking lots of butter vegemite and tomato slices with English Breakfast tea on the side of course!

Diane; I didn't do it, these images are found via google. I'm thinking a miniature blowtorch is involved, like the ones chefs use to caramelise sugar on desserts.
